If someone comes across bunch of scam websites and he wants to report them, it could be time consuming to check each website individually to find out which registrar and hosting provider that website uses. After finding out that information report should be sent towards registrar/hosting provider to close that website down.
As we already mentioned that proccess is time consuming for big number of websites so @Rex1971 from Bitcointalk forum made a little tool where whole list of scam websites could be inserted and his script and registrar and domain provider can be searched for all of them in one go.
The tool requires Python installation on computer.
